More Than a Degree; A Journey of Tenacity: Gracia Mukiibi

Seven years ago this week, I proudly walked across the stage to receive my MBA. It’s a milestone I’ll never forget; the journey demanded pure grit and tenacity as I balanced full-time studies while pregnant, raising young children, managing a heavy professional workload, and serving in Ministry.

While some view children as a "burden," I see them as a profound privilege and a blessing from God—a sacred legacy granted to humanity. They certainly require immense sacrifice and devotion, and I believe that while many can give birth, true parenthood is a calling not everyone is prepared for.

Throughout my MBA, my children were my "why." They kept me focused, dedicated, and aligned with God’s calling on my life. For that, I am forever grateful.
